During my first doctor's appointment, we found out that our baby's due date would be on October 31, 2007. I guess the doctor noticed my facial expression when he told us because he changed it to around November 1st or 2nd. It made me feel a little better. After the doctor's appointment, I called the parents and told them the due date. Mrs. Susan, Micahel's mother, told me that Michael had a due date of October 31st too. How funny is that?! Over the next few doctor's appointments, we finally go to hear our baby's heartbeat. Hearing her heartbeat was such a wonderful feeling. It made everything so real because we hadn't had an ultrasound and I wasn't showing yet. Before hearing the heartbeat I worried constantly about if she was okay. The next appointment would be our first ultrasound. Michael and I came to an agreement, after disagreeing apon baby names, that I would pick out the girl name and he would pick out the boy name. So, when I had a free time at work, I started looking for baby names. I came up with Lilly Brie. It was perfect, if it was a girl!
